Liz Goodrich, PT, DPT

Liz was born and raised in Falmouth Maine and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences from Northeastern University. She is also a 500 hr yoga teacher, Certified Functional Strength Coach and Champion Performance Specialist. She holds certifications in dry needling level 1&2, Blood Flow Restriction, HEALing Yoga 1&2, and has pursued further continuing education in pain neuroscience and clinical treatment of the runner as well as fitness & CrossFit athlete.

Liz has experience treating a wide range of populations and diagnoses and is especially passionate about working with athletes of all levels and ages, yoga practitioners, as well as those looking to get and stay active. 

Liz grew up playing lacrosse and tennis, running cross country, Nordic skiing, and has been strength training since a young age. In her free time, she loves being in nature, practicing yoga, playing frisbee, tennis, and pickle ball, swimming in the ocean, and weaving on her loom. 

Liz is dedicated to continued learning in order to offer her patients excellent care. She believes in a compassionate and holistic approach to treatment, and loves helping others learn about their bodies
