Enhance your players' strength, explosiveness, athleticism, and performance using dynamometers and cutting-edge force plate technology from Hawkin Dynamics. This program combines data-driven insights with sport-specific training to maximize player development and reduce injury risk.
Key Benefits:
Data-Driven Insights: Use force plate and dynamometer data to track individual progress, monitor performance metrics like power output and balance, and make adjustments as needed.
Injury Prevention: Focus on symmetry and proper movement patterns to reduce injury risk.
Athletic Development: Improve overall strength, explosiveness, and rotational power for better on-field performance.
This program is designed to enhance your players' athleticism while using objective data to inform decisions and measure progress. Contact us today to get started with a tailored training plan for your team!
Program Overview
-
Phase 1: Foundation & Assessments
Focus: Baseline assessments, build strength, mobility, and foundational movement patterns.
Key Metrics: Track baseline strength (squats, deadlifts) and balance/stability metrics via force plates.
Key Exercises: Squats, deadlifts, push-ups, pull-ups, and single-leg work.
-
Phase 2: Power & Explosiveness
Focus: Develop lower body power, rotational strength, and explosiveness for hitting/throwing.
Key Metrics: Monitor rate of force development (RFD) and asymmetry during single-leg exercises.
Key Exercises: Lower body plyometrics, medicine ball throws, agility work.
-
Phase 3: Peak Performance
Focus: Refine power, sport-specific movement, and conditioning to peak for the season.
Key Metrics: Track power output, horizontal force, and balance during rotational movements for throwing and hitting.
Key Exercises: continuation of phase 2 exercises, increase in sport specific drills
Personalized Throwing Programs
To complement our 12-week in person strength training program and further enhance the performance of baseball athletes, we are offering a specialized throwing program designed to maximize arm strength, velocity, and injury prevention. This program will focus on improving throwing mechanics, shoulder and elbow stability, and increasing power through sport-specific drills.
This program incorporates progressive drills, mobility exercises, and arm care routines to meet the unique demands of baseball, tailored to each athlete's specific needs. Athletes will gradually increase their throwing capacity while developing proper mechanics to maximize performance and reduce the risk of common injuries.
What is included?
In-person strength and movement assessment
Using force plates for full-body movements
Using a dynamometer to test individual joint strength
Video analysis of throwing mechanics
Mobility program
Arm care/injury prevention
Weighted ball and long toss program
Cost: $600
For athletes already enrolled in our 12-week strength training program, we’re offering this throwing program at a discounted rate of $450 (25% off). By integrating the two programs, athletes can ensure they’re fully prepared for the demands of the season, with improved durability and effectiveness on the mound or in the field.
